Since 2018, transformative has enhanced BUSSQ’s ability to produce compliant materials more efficiently.
The increasing demands and complexity of the super regulatory environment motivated BUSSQ to outsource their ongoing disclosure updates. They were after a digital solution that would streamline all future updates in a more effective and efficient way, reducing the demand on their resources and time, and allow for increased focus on more value-adding projects.
transform project-managed and delivered end-to-end the onboarding of four BUSSQ disclosure documents using transformative. This approach allowed BUSSQ to draw on transform’s expertise and deep knowledge of the super industry and our unique, specialised software skillset that caters to onboarding our client base of small to medium-sized super funds.
This service meant the onboarding process was pain free for BUSSQ. We took care of the onboarding, from the first discovery and assessment stage, to breaking down the documents into the parts needed to transfer it from the traditional manual paper-based solution to a complete digital solution, right through to managing the training of stakeholders to use the software.
BUSSQ has now onboarded five of their documents: MySuper PDS, Premium Choice PDS, Super Handbook, Insurance Handbook, and Income account guide.
BUSSQ also reduced the review rounds by 57 per cent.
Time to market was reduced from three months to one to three weeks, depending on the size of the legislative changes. transform onboarded all BUSSQ stakeholders, enabling them to manage updates directly onto the software themselves. We also successfully implemented the review and approval process, giving stakeholders back more of their time to focus on more value-adding projects.
transform continues to assist with BUSSQ’s disclosure document updates across eight PDS rolls, ranging from end-to-end project management to a minor technical support capacity.

Joanne acquired Transform Communications, rebranding it as transform consulting, in December 2022.
